How to file a claim
You have the right to choose
Follow the steps below on how to file a claim and get the Champion Auto Glass team to get your car up and running!
This is what you will need:
- Call your insurance claims department or use the app and follow the prompts for glass claims only
- Tell them which glass you need replaced and inform them you want to use: Champion Auto Glass @ (703) 929-4151, based out of Woodbridge, VA 22191
- Have your Policy Number and date of loss available.
- As a preferred vendor with all insurance companies, they will email us the claim information so we can begin the approval process
- Be sure to provide us with your Vehicle identification number (VIN) so we may accurately check the pricing and availability.
